Free US shipping

Orders ship from California using USPS standard shipping at no additional charge. Direct checkout accepts US delivery addresses only.

Processing & delivery

Processing time and postal transit time are separate. Contact us before ordering if your repair is time-sensitive; a delivery date is not guaranteed. Check your delivery address before paying.

30-day returns

Request a return within 30 days after your item is delivered. Email support@jamsengineering.com with your order reference and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pack the item securely and keep proof of postage; tracked shipping is recommended. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact support with your order reference, a description and photos so we can review the issue before you ship anything back. Any rights or remedies required by applicable consumer law still apply.

Marketplace purchases

For an Etsy or eBay purchase, follow the return terms and process on your original order.
