We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep accounts signed in and your shopping bag available. We also measure public page views with a first-party counter. The storefront does not load advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Cookies we set

• jams_customer: keeps a customer signed in for up to 30 days, unless they sign out or the session is revoked.
• jams_admin: keeps the shop administrator signed in for up to 8 hours.
• jams_oauth_google: helps bind Google sign-in to the browser that started it. Expires after 10 minutes and is cleared when sign-in completes.

These cookies are not readable by page JavaScript and are sent securely over HTTPS on the public website.

Shopping bag and checkout storage

jams-bag-v1 in local storage remembers product identifiers and quantities until you remove the items or clear site data. jams-attempt in session storage helps retry the same checkout without creating another payment attempt. It lasts for the browser tab's session. Neither contains your card information.

First-party visitor counts

jams-traffic in local storage holds a random visitor identifier and last activity time. After 30 minutes without activity, a later visit replaces the identifier. It is used to estimate browsers active in the last five minutes, with visible pages sending a heartbeat once per minute. We count public page paths without query strings, account details or payment information. Temporary event records are pruned after 24 hours when new activity arrives; aggregate daily and page totals are retained. The counter honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Blocking browser storage also stops this counter.

Other services

Cloudflare provides hosting and security and may set security cookies. If you choose Google sign-in or continue to Stripe payment, those services process their own cookies under their own policies. Fonts are hosted on this website. See our Privacy Policy for details about service providers.

Your controls

You can sign out from your account and clear this site's cookies and storage through your browser settings. Clearing site data removes the saved bag and signs you out. Blocking essential cookies prevents sign-in; blocking storage may prevent the bag from surviving navigation. You can still browse products and contact us. We do not use optional marketing cookies, so there is no optional-cookie consent preference to set.
